"Having decided to essentially re-build our house, we discovered mid-way through the project that the plumbers we had been using did not have the expertise to install the plumbing system we had wanted – a system that would allow us to have 4 simultaneous baths at night , strong shower pressure for 4 showers, and a thermostatically controlled underfloor heating system on three storeys.  To achieve this we purchased 2 boilers, an accumulator, an unvented cylinder and 3 manifolds – understandably quite a complex system for a residential house.

Thankfully the supplier of our boilers and cylinders knew of CN Plumbing. When a reprensentative from CN Plumbing first arrived to examine what was necessary to do, he so impressed us with his knowledge, his insight as to what was needed and his drive and determination to make our system work.

They were able to remove an awful noisy Saniflow our original plumbers said was essential in our top floor and replace it with a normal waste drainage system. CN Plumbing clearly believe in the adage that “nothing is impossible to do” – refreshing to hear in today's building industry.

Beyond this CN Plumbing also took responsibility for handling some of the more standard aspects of plumbing such as fitting a toilet, which was done with ease.

We particularly liked the way they divide their team by specialist area, so one person took responsibility for the standard plumbing, another was the boiler expert whilst another focussed on the more technical side of our unvented cylinder system and indeed has the necessary qualifications that is required by today's Building Regulation.

We cannot rate CN Plumbing more highly – they respond quickly, know exactly what to do, inspire one with confidence, have a real service ethic and also are a delight to deal with. "
